What this site is
Wherezit is hardware we are building. Device production is complete, and we are preparing a Kickstarter campaign. Current status is published on the home page.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, and nothing here commits us on size, colors, materials, battery, price, availability, or dates. Product photographs on the home page show production units we photographed; app screenshots are real screens from the current iPhone build. Neither is a promise about final specifications.

The email list
If you leave an address, the signup record we write contains the address, the date, and the page language — the detail, including what our host handles separately, is on our privacy page. No email has been sent yet.
Leaving an address does not hold a place in a queue, does not create an account, and does not entitle you to anything. It is a list of people who asked to hear about the next test.
Using this site
You may read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. Please do not scrape it to build a mailing list, and do not republish the text or images wholesale elsewhere.
Rights in the material on this site
The text, images, video, and page design here are owned by us or used with permission. The Wherezit name and mark are ours.
“Wherezit” is an unregistered mark we use in commerce; we do not claim a trademark registration.
No warranty
This website is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be reachable without interruption or free of errors. Statements about what we plan to do — the Kickstarter campaign, pricing, shipping — describe intent, not commitments.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website is provided without warranties of any kind, and ZhiLog, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. We will revise this section with counsel before any sale.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to the courts of Delaware; we do not require arbitration.
Changes to these terms
We may change them. The date at the top is the version you are reading. Material changes will be described on this page rather than applied quietly.
